PLATFORM ENGINEER

Consultant, Infosys Limited — Platform Engineer

I build the infrastructure other people's code runs on — Kubernetes clusters, Terraform, and the pipelines that get it all out the door. Six-plus years in, and I still think the best compliment is when nobody notices the platform at all. That means it's working.

I got into this because I liked fixing things more than building them from scratch — there's something satisfying about taking a manual, error-prone process and making it boring and reliable instead. Good platform work is invisible; you only notice it when it breaks, so my goal is that you never do.

I've spent the last six years doing this for five different enterprise teams — State Street, Metro Bank, Manpower Group, Wesco, and F5 Network. Same core problem every time, different flavor: put it in the catalog, wire up Kubernetes, and make sure the pipeline catches the mistakes before production does — self-serve, so nobody's stuck waiting on a ticket.

yes, mechanical — infrastructure and machines aren't as different as people think

Let's build infrastructure
that doesn't page you.

Open to platform engineering roles — DevSecOps included. No recruiters-only DMs, I actually read these.
